RATES:
All Tours can be customized for ANY NUMBER of people, at
ALL THE TIMES. Please enquire for specific information
and rates.
YOUR CONTRACT:
All tours in this web site are operated by LIRITA TOURS
Tourism & Travel Agency, Istiklal Cad. Hamam sok. No:9
Urgup,50400,TURKEY; hereinafter referred to as " LIRITA
TOURS " The attention of the tour participant is drawn
to the conditions below which constitute the contract
between participant and Lirita Tours Tourism & Travel
Agency.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
Space may be secured upon receipt of 20 % of entire tour
cost . Deposits must be received within 7 days of
booking.
PAYMENTS & PAYMENT METHODS:
Advance payments should be received 30 days prior to
departure. If the reservation is made less than 30 days
before departure, 30% of payment must be made at the
time of booking.
We accept all Major Credit Cards, personal and business
checks, Money orders or certified checks are also
welcome.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
Cancellation must be made in writing and signed by the
tour participant in the event that a tour participant
cancels his or her reservation, the fallowing fees will
apply. Cancellation must be received in writing by
Lirita Tours more than 45 days prior to departure.
If your request is received within 45 days, the
fallowing fees will apply:

There is no refund for no-shows. All arrangements are
on inclusive basis, hence no refund can be considered
for any absence from the tour, any unused meals or
services.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We highly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive
travel insurance before departure. LIRITA TOURS provides
no insurance for its clients due to loss. Clients are
advised to obtain their own insurance for health while
traveling and / or baggage loss. Insurance is also
recommended to provide coverage to clients if refunds
pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause
below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.
TRANSFERS:
By private deluxe motor coach or private car from
time of arrival to time of departure.
SIGHTSEEING:
By private deluxe motor coach or private car as outlined in the
itinerary, including entrance fees and the services of
professional English speaking Tour Guide.
INCLUDED:
Service charge and taxes imposed by hotels.
NOT INCLUDED:
Items of a personal nature such as laundry,
alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, and insurance of
any kind. Airport/hotel transport for independent
arrivals and departures, local airport taxes, visa fees
and tips.
TIPS & TAXES:
When you make a reservation through LIRITA TOURS, for
hotels, tours, blue cruises, guides, and similar travel
services; taxes are inluded in the quotation. However,
additional taxes, security charges and other fees
collected by governments, airports, airlines and other
entities are not included unless specifically listed as
included features.
NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE:
The following is a list of some major items not included
when you make a purchase from LIRITA TOURS: Baggage
handling, gratuities, minibar and other extra hotel
expenditures, room service charges, items not on
portions of menus reserved for LIRITA TOURS passengers,
laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a
personal nature, foreign airport departure taxes, are
not included.
